23 5/3/2007 6/4/2007 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Special bottling to celebrate the 23rd bottled batch of Damnation. 11% ABV, different hop bill. Aged on new American oak chips
22 4/4/2007 5/3/2007 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Not as fruity in the aroma and flavor as normal.
21 3/13/2007 4/11/2007 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Standard batch of Damnation.
20 2/9/2007 3/14/2007 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Drier than normal.
19 1/10/2007 2/14/2007 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Super dry, actual ABV in bottle is 8.19%.
18 12/21/2006 1/11/2007 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Short aging, low OG, slightly lower ABV than normal.
17 11/28/2006 12/28/2006 Trappist Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1 Switched to White Labs Trappist yeast. Our R.R. Belgian 1 yeast is a mutated strain from the actual White Labs Trappist.
16 10/9/2006 11/4/2006 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Did everything the same as batch 015, except we used a slightly higher fermentation temperature.
15 9/14/2006 10/17/2006 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 This represents us returning to our classic production of Damnation. We went back to our all time favorite batch of Damnation, batch 005, and did everything exactly the same, particularly in the fermentation temperature cycle.
14 8/18/2006 9/12/2006 Abbey Ale Yeast  Abbey Ale Yeast  The experiment continues using Abbey Ale Yeast in both the primary and bottle conditioning. In the end it didn't work as well as we had thought it might. The beer is very nice, but, just not what we are looking for. If you don't experiment, you'll never know.
13 7/20/2006 8/21/2006 Abbey Ale Yeast  Abbey Ale Yeast  We continued our experiment using the Abbey Ale Yeast as a bottle conditioning yeast. We feel the beer does not have the classic fruit character that Damnation normally has.
12 6/1/2006 6/27/2006 Abbey Ale Yeast  Abbey Ale Yeast  Used a yeast we use for other Belgian Style Ales, it is not as fruity.
11 4/13/2006 5/10/2006 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Standard batch with two weeks conditioning before bottling.
10 3/12/2006 4/17/2006 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Standard batch with two weeks conditioning before bottling.
9 1/6/2006 2/15/2006 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Standard batch of Damnation other than this batch got an extra couple of weeks at 32 degrees Fahrenheit during cellaring.
8 12/9/2005 1/11/2006 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Primary Fermentation finished a little drier than normal, otherwise, all thing standard for Damnation.
7 10/5/2005 11/4/2005 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 When we tasted this beer young, it showed more green apple than we have ever seen. It is starting to drop out, but this batch will need a little more aging than the rest. Overall though, we still prefer Damnation in the bottle when compared to the draft version.
6 7/17/2005 8/12/2005 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 White Labs Wine Yeast  We were unable to use our "house" wine yeast for bottle conditioning, so we had to use a different strain, as result it is little thin in body.
5 6/6/2005 6/30/2005 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Switched the base malt to an American grown Pilsner malt, probably the best bottling yet. Vinnie's favorite bottled batch of Damnation!
4 5/11/2005 6/10/2005 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Lowered the fermentation temperature thus lowering the fruitness if consumed at a young age.
3 4/13/2005 5/19/2005 R.R. Belgian Yeast 1 R.R. Wine 1 Switched back to our original Belgian Yeast, fermented this batch a little warm so there will be a lot of fruit if consumed at a young age.
2 12/31/2004 2/14/2005 R.R. Belgian Yeast 2 R.R. Wine 1 We got the sugar addition right this time, carbonation is perfect. Additionally, we changed the bottle condition yeast to a wine yeast.
1 9/15/2004 10/17/2004 R.R. Belgian Yeast 2 California Ale Yeast Because this was our first bottling, we weren't sure of the exact sugar addition at bottling so the carbonation is a little low.
