Message Regarding COVID-19

The health and safety of our customers, employees and vendors is our top priority at Russian River Brewing. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions with increased cleaning and sanitation practices, as well as temporary policy changes within our company. We are all craving a sense of normalcy right now and feel it is important to keep our brewpubs, gift shops and tours open for our community. Here are just a few of those measures implemented to help reduce the risk of contracting or spreading the virus:

  • All public facing areas like brewpubs and gift shops are thoroughly cleaned each day.
  • Door handles, POS, and other surfaces are sanitized every 3 hours or less.
  • Tables are always wiped down with a food grade sanitizer.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed throughout both pubs.
  • Foot pulls will be installed on all bathroom doors within the next few days.
  • Single-use salt/pepper/cheese/red pepper packets provided in lieu of shakers.
  • Use of ramekins for all condiments.
  • Disposable paper menus.
  • Employees washing hands more frequently for at least 20 seconds.
  • 30-day business travel ban for RRBC employees.
  • Employees who are able are asked to work from home for the next 2 weeks or until further notice.
  • Cancellation of events with 250 or more patrons.
  • Cancellation of private events in Windsor for the next 3 weeks.

Any RRBC employees who feel in any way sick will STAY HOME. If you are still feeling uncomfortable about hanging out in public, both pubs can prepare food to go and have a large selection of bottled beers. Our food menus and bottles available can be found on our website.

At the time of writing this message, there is no evidence of community spread within Sonoma County. Of course, that could change in our community just as quickly as it is changing in other parts of the world. We will keep you posted of any changes or developments at the brewery. From all of us here at RRBC, we wish you and your families continued good health and happiness during this rather stressful time!

Thank you!

Natalie and Vinnie
