Intinction Merlot is a mixed culture fermentation in which we barrel age in Merlot barrels with freshly pressed Merlot grapes. This complex beer has nuances along with a slightly tannic finish from the grape skins. Intinction is refermented in the bottle creating natural carbonation and a small layer of yeast sediment.
Limited on draft and bottles available only at both breweries.
