Tonight we are winding down our 22nd Annual Pliny the Younger release! Vinnie and I want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who joined us over the last 14 days and to our incredibly hard-working team! We always say it’s a marathon, not a sprint, but these past 2 weeks have flown by. Our favorite part is meeting our many guests while hanging out in the line or inside and sharing stores from past Younger releases while getting to know first times visitors. Next year’s Younger release will be March 26-April 8, 2027!

Tomorrow is our Santa Rosa pub’s 22nd Anniversary! But we are too pooped to party. Vinnie and I will be there between 3 and 5pm to share a beer with our team and hopefully some of you. We had a great turnout today despite the slightly chilly weather! Ran into some OG Santa Rosa pub employees, Grant and John, who might be familiar to some of you, too! Pliny had fun making new friends in line, as always. And the last photo was the best of several that I took. Their Dad said the baby had a similar reaction to the Easter Bunny! 😂 🐰
Tomorrow is the final day for this year’s Pliny the Younger release! We will have enough draft to get through the night at both pubs and may or may not run out of bottles. It will be close! Another super fun day and we finally got some rain! ☔️It would not be a proper Younger release without at least a little bit of rain! Here are some highlights from the last couple of days including cute pups, fun people, and a selfie I took with a guy and his parents in Scotland on Face Time! Yesterday we met a homebrewer from Ecuador who came just for the release. And today I met a group from Dominican Republic and tons of locals, too! Solid turnout for Day 9! We met countless groups today who have been making the annual pilgrimage for numerous years, adding new friends and family along the way. Vinnie and I met a couple from Australia who made a 2-day detour on their way home from Canada! Having a great time chatting with everyone out in the lines be it their first or 15th time coming to Pliny the Younger! #plinytheyounger2026

Matt, Dustin and Ali were visiting us from Firestone Walker earlier this week to help brew STiVO, our collab mash-up of STS Pils and Pivo Pils! This is the first time STiVO has ever been brewed at our Windsor brewery and she is happily fermenting away in an open-top fermenter. STiVO will be available on tap and in bottles at our pubs and for limited distribution late May. We will also be pouring STiVO at the Firestone Walker Invitational!
