Intinction Pinot Noir is a true mixed-fermentation beer with 100% Pinot Noir wine grapes. The beer is first aged in Pinot Noir barrels, then refermented in stainless tanks with the fruit. This beer is mildly sour with notes of cranberries and grape tannins.
Limited on draft and bottles available only at both breweries.
