For those inquiring about donations-
Russian River Brewing Co. is thrilled to hear that you wish to include us at your next event. To assist you to the best of our ability, we ask that you fill out our Donation Request Form. Since we do receive a large number of requests, please allow us 1-2 weeks to look over your request form. Please note that not all requests will be approved, due to the large number of requests, but we do our best to assist in any way we can.
***Please be informed that California ABC laws restrict breweries from donating merchandise, gift cards, tours, tastings, and other “items of value.” Legally, we are only able to donate beer to a 501(c)3 non-profit organization for an event with a California ABC license.***
Donation Request must meet the following:
• Active 501c Number
• Active ABC permit showing the event name, date, time, and location
• Completed Donation Request Form
• We require a 30-Day advance notice for all donations
Being mindful of our product, we forgo events that are either directly tied to schools or by association benefits youth.
If your donation request is approved, we will reach out to you promptly to discuss the upcoming details. A copy of the approved “Donation Request Form” will also be provided for your records. If you have any additional questions or need further information, please contact the Russian River Brewing Co. employee who is assisting you in this process.
