Donation Requests

For those inquiring about donations:

We are thrilled that you wish to include us at your next event. To best assist you, we ask that you fill out our Donation Request Form below. As we receive a large number of requests, please allow us 1-2 weeks to look over your request form. Note that not all requests will be approved due to the large number of requests, but we will do our best to assist in any way we can.

**Please be informed that California ABC laws restrict breweries from donating merchandise, gift cards, tours, tastings, and other “items of value.” Legally, we are only able to donate beer to a 501(c)3 non-profit organization for an event with a California ABC license.**

Donation Request must meet the following requirements:

• 30-Day advance notice for all donations
• Active 501c number
• Active ABC permit showing the event name, date, time and location
• Completed Donation Request Form

Being mindful of our product, we forgo events that are either directly tied to schools or by association benefits youth.

If your donation request is approved, we will reach out to you promptly to discuss the upcoming details. A copy of the approved donation request will also be provided for your records.
