RRBC Windsor: Private Events

Starting Nov 20th, Private Event Bookings will be available 7 Days a week!


Tasting Room Events:

16-35 Guests

Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance
  • Our Private Tasting Room is the perfect event space to host your small gathering. The tasting room is on the ground floor (across from the gift shop) and can fit a 20-person seated event or 20-35 mixer. The tasting room also has two restrooms, TV+DirecTv, and includes Event Setup/Breakdown time.
  • Each event must be booked for a minimum of 3 hours
  • Food:
    • Your choice of food from our Á La Carte Menu. Prepared by The RRBC Culinary Team
    • ***No outside catering***
  • Beer:
    • Pliny the Elder, Blind Pig, STS or Velvet Glow, and a Seasonal Offering
    • Open or Cash Bar
  • Additional Information:
    • Wine, Cider, and N/A Bevs are available

Meeting Space:

10 – 49 Guests


  • Our upstairs meeting space is a perfect location to host your fully in-person or hybrid meeting. We’ll work together to create a stress-free environment that elevates productivity & teamwork.
