Blonde Ale aged in Chardonnay barrels with brett, lacto, and pedio (base beer is Temptation), with 31 pounds per barrel of fresh raspberries were added to each barrel to make a beautiful reddish/pink beer. It is nicely balanced with sweet raspberry and tartness. 100% of the proceeds for this beer were donated directly to Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation here in Santa Rosa!
Over the past 10 years we raised over $600,000 for Breast Cancer screening and treatment. Although we did not make this beer in 2017, we are very honored to have helped to provide much-needed cancer related services to men and women in our community.
