Zumo Wrestling Pale Ale was once an RND brew developed by Vinnie in our pilot brewery and is now being brewed at our Santa Rosa brewery on our 20 bbl system there. As the name implies, Zumo Wrestling features Zumo, a hop bred exclusively by our good friends at Segal Ranch in Grandview, Washington. Traditionally Zumo exhibits subtle notes of soft lime both when being rubbed and in the beer. Utilizing mostly Zumo hops along with a small amount of Comet and Nectaron, Zumo Wrestling is filled with hints of bright citrus and lime zest with notes of ripe guava and white peach, creating a crisp, clean, easy-drinking pale ale.
